According to data compiled by insurance company Zurich, 1 in 6 of SMB’s in the UK suffered a cyber-attack in the last year.
Of those hit, around 20% suffered more than GBP10.000 in damages and 10% more than GBP50.000.
Despite the worrying rate of attacks, SMB’s are still not aware of the importance of cyber defences.
