Calendar Goals – a new feature that will help you actually do what you want

Google Calendar turns 10 years old. To celebrate, Google has added a new goals feature to the service.

The new functionality lets you set a personal goal in Google Calendar, which then does the dirty work of finding time in your schedule so that you can hit your objective. Goals is currently mobile-only, so you’ll need to update your Android or iOS app fromGoogle Play or Apple’s App Store.

It’s not a traditional to-do list. Goals is actually a bit smarter. It’s a great way for users to automatically set aside time for self-betterment tasks like learning a new language or working out by telling the app what you want to do and relying on it to find a spot in your busy schedule.
