Recovering sites and improved discussions

Now easier to recover a deleted site in Google Sites

Google Apps administrators can now restore deleted sites without needing to remember the site’s URL. Administrators can also choose to delete sites permanently before the 30-day grace period has passed.

Improvements to discussions in Google Docs

Googles has e released the following enhancements to discussions in Google Docs:

– A discussion pane that shows the selected text for each comment thread
– Statistics to summarize the 7-day activity of your doc
– Discussion threads that automatically collapse at longer lengths
– Email notifications with the selected text and most recent comment at top for better readability

How to access:
To view your document’s statistics, click the ‘Discussions’ button then select the ‘Documents stats’ link.
