This is a fix of the “Download Experience” for non-Latin-encoded filenames. Users of Windows and Linux will be able to select one of the supported encodings that will be shown in a list. Before this fix non-Latinnon-Latin-encoded filenames-encoded filenames resulted in blank filenames.
