Remember Generation X? Employers wanted to understand them better, to gain insight for marketing. There was even a research on Gen X engagement trends on YouTube.

With the advancement of technology, the next Generation, the Gen Z, might have somewhat different expectations and interests. For example, already those aged between 18 and 25 are increasingly choosing to pay for things with their phone.Two-thirds of the 1,000 British adults polled said they felt frustrated when faced with a “cash only” sign at a bar. Projections show that cash is to become OBSOLETE by 2037 as ‘Generation Z’ put their faith in digital wallets. That is 20 years from now.

But how to prepare them, or make them work in a way that older generations are still getting used to and, hence, fail at being a good role model? Google has dealt with this issue and published suggestions to help both sides.
