Google+ has received some User Interface redesign and some new features.

Talking about the change, Google+ has received a new comment design which shows 3 comments at a time. Earlier, it was restricted to just 1 comment and the other comments were visible only after the expand button was clicked.  this UI tweak could encourage conversation by bringing more comments to the forefront and making it easier to add a comment of your own.

The administrators are also given the option to set controls on what content can be viewed and interacted with by users on a given company’s internal Google+ network. They can select the Organizational Unit that they want to apply the settings to, and then choose between Public mode, Private mode, and Hybrid mode, each of which handle the viewing and sharing of internal and external content a bit differently.
