Microsoft Office recently used Power BI to create an infographic about a survey they conducted on the topic of the future of teamwork. The result provided an interesting and engaging way to share findings in a scrolling storytelling format.
The report titled “The Future of Work is Here” offers survey results from 14,000 people across seven countries about how they collaborate at work.
To sum it up: New generations that have grown up with technology are entering the workforce, bringing new expectations and norms. Overall, 61% of respondents preferred short methods of communications over long ones, which could see Gen Z’s preference for chat-based discussions becoming the norm at companies.
However, The study found that email was still the most widely-used communication toll across the world.
