2013 is already shaping up to be a busy year for the web in education. Earlier this month Lenovo announced the new ThinkPad Chromebook and this week, Jaime Casap, Google’s Global Education evangelist announced in his keynote at FETC in Orlando, that there are now globally more than 2,000 schools using Chromebooks – twice as many as 3 months ago.
